Shinnosuke Murata - Co-Founder / CEO

Shinnosuke (Shin) is a serial entrepreneur and a lifelong fan of Tottenham Hotspurs. Shin founded a grocery retailer at the age of 19 that he ran for three years. He entered the University of York at the age of 22 and graduated in three years.
Shin joined one of the biggest Japanese conglomerates Mitsui & Co in 2014 and was involved in automotive finance and trading in Malaysia, Venezuela, and Bolivia. He left Mitsui to join a second-year start-up called Jiraffe, as the first sales representative of the company.
Shin has worked there and successfully raised capital three times as the product owner, sales manager, and managing officer. By 2019, Shin left Jiraffe and founded several small start-ups.
Later, he joined STVV, a football club in Belgium, as COO. There he took the lead to issue a fan token for his club during the COVID-19 period. The club successfully raised and created a token community.
Then in July 2021, Shin founded Murasaki in the Netherlands.
Shunsuke Sasaki - Co-Founder / CPO

Shunsuke is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and game lover, specializing as a professional growth hacking and product manager. He has built and exited two social gaming and live streaming platform companies where he exited for more than $100m.
Shunsuke started his career at NTT Comware as a software engineer. Two years later, he left and founded Pokelabo Inc, a mobile gaming company founded in 2007. GREE, a Japanese mobile gaming giant, acquired Pokelabo in 2012 for $173.8m.

After his exit from Pokelabo, he founded a few start-ups and became an angel investor. Jiraffe Inc, where Shin was working in sales, was one of his portfolio companies. He started working at ZIZAI Inc as a business director of its subsidiary IRIAM, a virtual streaming platform. DeNA acquired IRIAM for $140m in 2021. Shunsuke joined Murasaki as a co-founder in 2022.

John is a leading expert in data management with over 30 years of experience leading his own consultancy firm as an advisor as well as an investor in several data-related startups. John has an extensive career in wider master data, data management, data quality, and in the financial and payments industries, where he enabled businesses to constantly re-engineer their processes. John’s career includes senior advising positions and project deliveries for Shell, Citigroup, Mastercard, ING Bank, ABN AMRO, Liberty Global, and Deloitte. John's interests include sports, world travel, meeting people, ancient history, and different cultures. John joined Murasaki as a co-founder in 2022.

Minoru has experience as a director of mobile content services and launching new services at Zappallas, as well as a mobile producer and sales representative for the advertising business at Infoseek (Rakuten).
Minoru launched the most prominent mobile comic service, "Manga-Okoku" (Beeghly, TSE1), and was in charge of the application business with over 70 million downloads. Later in his career, he launched his own mobile business company and participated in establishing China's NQ Mobile (listed on NYSE) in Japan.
Minoru has been involved in the game publishing business and business partnerships with overseas mobile advertising platforms and game developers/publishers in the ad innovation industry.
Currently, Minoru is a founding member of Linker Inc. and is involved in blockchain and gaming businesses (web3 & NFT) and an advisor to various firms, including new crypto game projects. Minoru is in charge of business development at Minto and his current tole is to produce new Japanese IP and real estate into the metaverse at The Sandbox and Decentraland.
He has been involved as a core member of Japan's leading NFT conference, Non-Fungible Tokyo (NFT Tokyo). He has over ten years of experience in mobile content marketing and more than five years of experience as a mobile game developer, global strategy consultant, and business strategy support.

George Bracher - Gaming Advisor
Prior to his explosive entry into the Web3 space, George had a long career in networking and telecommunication. The skills gained here have aided in his successful entry into this fast-moving powerhouse sector.
Along with his work history in tech George has always been an avid gamers which lent to him landing his first role in Web3 as Tech Lead / Game Design Lead for Crypto Fight Club.
In complimentary to designing games for CFC, George also is a game analyst and researcher, as well as streaming for Polkastarter Gaming Guild where he shares his knowledge and insights about upcoming web3 projects.

Ikuma is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Tané, a crypto builders fund based in NYC, Dubai, and Tokyo. Since 2014, Ikuma has been in crypto as an investor and builder. He is also a member of PROOF Collective, Friends with Benefits and Chainforest, etc.
He invests in crypto/web3 startups and contributes to projects with a passion for individuals’ empowerment in the crypto/web3 era.
Ikuma has been a serial entrepreneur in the consumer internet space for the last 14 years. Before being an entrepreneur, he was involved in finance and investment at Softbank and UBS investment bank.
