1. Murasaki B.V.

1.1. We are Murasaki B.V., located at Verwersstraat 30, 5211 HW, 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands - (Dutch) Chamber of Commerce: 83439196 (“Murasaki B.V.”).

1.2. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and use your personal information when you leave your information on the website http://murasaki.community/ and affiliated games ('Cyberstella') et al., for the purpose of using our services, applications, websites and software and when we contact you or if we have a business relationship with you. In this privacy statement, we summarize when and how we collect, use and secure your personal data.

Access to and use of the website are strictly personal. You will refrain from using the data and information of this website for your own commercial, political or advertising purposes, as well as for any commercial offers, in particular unsolicited electronic offers.

4. Website content

All brands, images, texts, comments, illustrations (animated) images, video images, sounds and all the technical applications that can be used to operate this website and more generally all the components used on this website, are protected by the laws on intellectual property. This information is used solely for authentication and personalization purposes within Cyberstella.

  4. Security and Data Protection: The information from your Google account is securely stored on our servers and is only accessible by authorized personnel. We implement reasonable measures to ensure the security and protection of your data.

  5. Third-Party Services: We do not share your Google account information with third-party services without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  6. Revoking Access: You have the option to revoke Cyberstella's access to your Google account information at any time. This can usually be done through your Google account settings.

  7. User Consent: By choosing to log in using your Google account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of the associated information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  8. In-Product Access: Clear in-product buttons will inform you about how your Google account information is accessed, used, stored, and shared within Cyberstella. These buttons will be designed to be easily understood and accessible within the game.

9. Your rights regarding information

  1. Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2, sub b, GDPR, each data subject has the right to information on and access to, and rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of his personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.

  3. Each request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID, on which you put your signature and state the address where we can contact you.

  4. Within one month of the submitted request, you will receive an answer from us.

  5. Depending on the complexity and the number of requests this period may be extended.

  1. In case of infringement of any law or regulation, of which a visitor is suspected and for which the authorities require the personal data collected by Murasaki B.V., they will be provided to them after an explicit and reasoned request of those authorities, after which these personal data do not fall anymore under the protection of the provisions of this Privacy policy.

  2. If any information is necessary in order to obtain access to certain features of the website, Murasaki B.V. will indicate the mandatory nature of this information when requesting this data.
